Orders are dispatched from Ngai Tahu Pounamu Limited during normal New Zealand business hours 800am – 430pm. Products are received if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address. Insurance only covers the delivery of the item to this nominated address. Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing.
Ngai Tahu Pounamu reserves the right to limit quantities and may discontinue accepting orders at any time. Ngai Tahu Pounamu reserves the right to accept or reject orders in any combination of products(s), whatever it determines to be in its best interest.
Orders within New Zealand are 3-5 day delivery unless the purchase is made on a Friday. In this case the order will be delivered the next business day; the following Monday.
Courier Post is the default delivery company. All domestic orders are tracked and traced.
All orders placed within New Zealand, and or for delivery within New Zealand will include a Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
For all orders, a signature will be required upon receipt of the goods. This is mandatory in order for the parcels insurance. Because of this, it is always a good idea to get your order shipped to a work address where its likelier there is someone you know to sign for the order on your behalf.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email Ngai Tahu Pounamu email@example.com within 5 working days on receipt of goods. We are more than happy to offer full refunds, or an exchange for credit.
Please return the goods together with your receipt within 30 days of receipt so we can process a refund or an exchange of equivalent value. Delivery and handling charges are not refundable. Ngai Tahu Pounamu will not accept partial refunds/ exchanges nor will it issue partial refunds/exchanges, you must return the entire order to receive a refund/exchange. Refunds will not be processed until the goods have been returned to our office.
We dont not hold any responsibility for any item/items dammaged or broken after you have received your order. We are only held accountable if your item/items are damamged or broken in transit.
To return your product, use the reverse side of your invoice to let us know why you made this decision, and your desired resolution (replacement, refund, or exchange) for each item.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your order with an insured mail service and keep the receipt for your records. Ngai Tahu Pounamu is not responsible for lost return shipments.
All refunds will be credited in New Zealand dollars and Ngai Tahu Pounamu Limited are not liale for any bank fees from your bank when processing your refund.
